Ethan Dodge, MD

As a pediatrician, Ethan Dodge, MD, knows a little "joking around" can go a long way in making his patients feel comfortable. "Everything starts with good rapport and building a relationship with a child and their parents," says Dr. Dodge. Behind his good humor is a doctor focused on providing evidence-based care that best meets his patients' needs.

His father was an emergency medicine physician in a one-stoplight town in rural upstate New York. "I got to grow up watching him care for many people in town," says Dr. Dodge. "I was inspired by that experience."

He completed his undergraduate degree at Colgate University and his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. After finishing his residency at Phoenix Children's, Dr. Dodge knew it was where he wanted to continue his career.

Dr. Dodge enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He stays active running, biking and playing Frisbee.
