Severe Atopic Dermatitis Clinic

Our comprehensive team includes dermatology, allergy and immunology, nutrition, mental health, specialized nursing, social work and a nurse educator.

  • Dermatology: provides diagnosis and treatment for all aspects of atopic dermatitis skin care, including dry skin, rash, inflammation, itch, skin sensitivity and allergies.
  • Allergy and Immunology: offers testing and treatment of allergic diseases that commonly occur in children with atopic dermatitis, including asthma, seasonal allergies and food allergies. Testing for associated primary immunodeficiencies may also be considered.
  • Psychology: provides evaluation for, and management of, associated conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), depression and other associated conditions.
  • Nutrition: provides information regarding diet optimization, taking into account any food allergies or sensitivities, to help with poor growth and skin healing.
