“Her soul touches people. Whenever we go out, people go out of their way to tell mom that her baby made them smile. My kid was born to make the world smile,” says Sandee, Quinn’s mom. Just three months ago, amidst a growing pandemic, Quinn needed a life-saving heart surgery to address a congenital heart defect, and Phoenix Children’s was there to provide the top-notch care she needed.
Quinn was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect before she was born. She was just one week old when she had her first surgery. Now three years old, Quinn is home and recovering from her most recent surgery surrounded by her loved ones. Her story is another reminder that world-class care can’t wait.
