Visiting hours at Phoenix Children’s are 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Our visitor protocol protects the health, safety, rights and privacy of our patients. The goal is to allow caregivers and visitors the opportunity to assist in the healing process helpfully and cooperatively. It also ensures the healthcare team has the time and space required to provide quality patient care.

Reduce your chance of catching a respiratory virus:
- Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth.
- Try to keep babies and young children away from people who have cold and flu symptoms.
- Stay up to date on vaccinations, including an annual flu shot, to help protect yourself.
During cold and flu season, our staff will be required to wear masks when providing direct patient care.
Taking photos, recordings or videos of staff, equipment or other patient-families, anywhere within a Phoenix Children’s location, or taking video calls where these same areas are visible, is strictly prohibited. Staff members may ask patients and visitors to stop recording if it impacts their work, their privacy, or the privacy of others.
