Laser Focused on Removing Seizures

Meet Katherine. She was diagnosed with epilepsy just before 5th grade and was averaging about one seizure per week. By the time she entered high school, her parents were afraid she wouldn’t be able to attend college, get her driver’s license – key life milestones – until they heard about a new MRI-guided laser ablation procedure being offered at Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s.
