Brittney was amazing. She took the time to talk to us in depth about all our options. She's still in contact with me trying to figure out the best plan for my son. A lot of ENT places will push surgery but PCH is listening to our concerns and open to working with us on the best plan possible for our child.

Brittany was fantastic and explained things to my somewhat anxious child about his procedure, she followed up with me the next day. She was wonderful!
