About David J. Crockett, MD

Dr. Crockett specializes in treating children who have both complex and routine conditions of the head and neck. His clinical interests include management of children with cleft lip/palate, velopharyngeal insufficiency (speech issues), pediatric sinusitis, nasal obstruction, ear anomalies, hearing correction and disorders of the airway. He participates in specialty clinics managing children with 22Q syndrome, cystic fibrosis and aerodigestive disorders. Dr. Crockett has written and published various works on topics in pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Dr. Crockett is an active member of the medical community and has served on the Phoenix Children's Medical Staff for years. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Crockett is wonderful. He has treated my children for numerous ENT issues. This was again a good experience, he provided me the information about my daughters condition and included us in the decision making process.

Dr crockett is amazing and we travel 30+ min away to see him! He is the only ENT I would want doing surgery in my kids. He is personable and great with the kids and is a dad which helps a lot. Amazing bedside manner and concern for our kids. On time in office which I appreciate Bc he is amazing , he does have quite a wait to see him but we can get in if there's an emergency which is great.
