David Warner Wallace, MD, is a pediatric anesthesiologist. Devoted to the care of children in need, Dr. Wallace joined the Phoenix Children's team in 2022. Dr. Wallace earned his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California (USC). He completed his anesthesiology residency at LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he served as chief resident. "Putting patients first" is a simple, yet effective, care philosophy. Dr. Wallace strives to do just that by imagining what he would want for his own child in each medical scenario and then providing that care.
Outside his practice, Dr. Wallace enjoys exploring the Phoenix area with his wife and taking in all Arizona has to offer. He is also an avid weightlifter.
