Our doctor heard our concerns. What i thought was stress she found things that may lead to a different diagnosis. Explained the reasons why she thinks this and was very quick to get things going to help my daughter get the help she needs.

Dr. Highlow and team were fabulous! They talked to my son about his treatment plan and made sure he understood it and was comfortable with it. They took the time to connect with him and were thoughtful and empathetic in their interactions with us.

Hi, Dr. Hilo was just a ray of sunshine with our child. He was so frustrated. We've had so many medical appointments where nothing really gets found or determined or helpful to him. And he just felt so helped and she really understood what was going on and why and just shed a lot of light on that. And she had a plan to help him feel more comfortable. And she reassured us that he's starting to do better. And honestly, he was kind of doing it like a teenage fit before this Zoom. He didn't want to bother. He didn't want to deal with it. And I'm just so glad it was just a quick Zoom and so beneficial for him and for our family to do this for him for next steps. So just Dr. Hilo was just a ray of sunshine on this situation. He hasn't been to school since spring break and wonderful.

Thank you to Dr. Hilow for listening carefully to me and my daughter and for giving us so much of her time. She treated my 17 year old daughter with respect and care that was greatly appreciated.

So I'm a registered nurse with a master's degree. I've been around medicine for a lot of years. I used to own a medical clinic. I was married to a physician. I have five children. I've had cancer myself. So I've been around medicine a lot, from being a patient to being a nurse. And I unequivocally think that Dr. Hilo was the best physician that I have ever seen or interacted with. I had not met her before the day of my daughter's appointment. She spent ample time with us, answered all of our questions. She spoke with my daughter, and she spoke with me, and she had a lot of patience. She listened to my concerns. She addressed my concerns. She worked intercollaboratively with me for the best care.

It was a wonderful experience and they were kind and thorough.
