We had a great experience from the moment we checked in with front desk to getting our vitals done by a nurse/MA to seeing our provider. PA was very kind and informative. I appreciate that she didn't make me feel like my concerns were small. She heard my concerns and made me feel good about my decision to bring him in.
I would have to say that I found answers to my son's needs and options to find the right care and for that I'm grateful.
Emily Eoff is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and asked so many questions as well as explained things thoroughly. She even called me after the office closed to give me an update on my child's care. Cant recommend her enough!!

Emily was great! She listened to my daughter and myself. And we discussed possible different treatment plans depending on what insurance will cover.
The PA and doctor were awesome. They were so nice and got us in and out quickly. It was great!
This was our 1st visit and when leaving my daughter asked if this could be her doctor always. The team and providers were great, could not ask for anything more of this visit.
I came in with years of my concerns being ignored and felt imitate relief when the provider validated my feelings.
Dr. Emily was amazing as was the nurses who helped. They were able to see us within 20 minutes of first contact from the urgent care and had to deal with my panicked child who was screaming her head off. I know how extremely frustrating that had to be and I'm forever grateful they were still willing and able to help her/us when they could have easily referred us out.
Great visit. Wouldn't change anything.

Emily Eoff did a great job with making me and my mom be understanding of what would happen if my son got the surgery that he needs. And she was very detailed about it all. I appreciate everything that she said and everything she took into consideration in order to make the decision that we have made together. I think that she is a great doctor for the facility and would definitely go to her again.
