I've been receiving care at PCH for several years and I can honestly say it's been a life-changing experience. From the moment I walk in, all staff are welcoming, compassionate, and truly dedicated to my well-being. They always make sure to take the time to answer my questions and address any concerns, making me feel heard and supported every step of the way. Dr. Gong and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable about CF and have tailored my care plan to meet my specific needs, ensuring I stay as healthy as possible. I feel genuinely cared for and confident in my treatment plan. It's rare to find such an amazing group of professionals who are not only skilled but also so personable. Dr. Gerald Gong and your cystic fibrosis staff are just the best top-notch if it wasn't for Dr. Gong I don't even know that I'd be here if it wasn't for Dr. Gong he is top-notch. He is the best. He really cares and you see him thinking he really does care I mean who would do what he does if it wasn't for Dr. Gong I think a lot of people and kids just I don't know we may not have the care that we need and deserve and that we get from Dr. Gong. He is the best he is an asset to anything he does or is involved in.

Dr. Gong, Kathy the RT and the nurse were very informative, pleasant and professional. I felt that they had my best interest in mind.
