Dr. Macias was helpful and very informative, and answered all questions I had.
Very impressed by the Doctor. He listened to my 16yr old daughter explain what was goung on. He let her advocate for herself. And after she spoke he turned to me and allowed me to add any additional concerns and questions. He throughly explained her symptoms and addressed her symptoms in a clear and concise manner so that both my daughter and I understood where tge symptoms may be stemming from. Very approachable provider! Thank you
Dr. Macias is the most competent and knowledgeable doctor i have seen since moving to Arizona. I have even told people out of state what a great doctor he has been to me. When I have a concern, he immediately investigates and is remarkably efficient. When I have a question, he explains the details expertly and answers any follow-up questions just as thoroughly. He is not satisfied with half-answers, and I deeply appreciate that after years of what i now understand was medical neglect. Whatever you are paying this man can not possibly be enough.
DR Macias and his staff provided excellent care to my daughter. They answered our questions, took the time to explain and were caring and courteous.
Dr. Macias and his team are awesome to work with. The nurses are always welcoming and kind. Dr Macias is patient and confident in his work. He is always compassionate and are great at explaining to the patient what is going on they go so far as to draw it out and explain to the kids which is always appreciated. Being both compassionate and knowledgeable is a rare find in a doctor and Dr. Macias does both very well.

We have been to many, many doctors and Dr. J. Carlos Macias and his staff are some of the best doctors and staff we have ever had experience with. They are responsive and smart and kind and respectful and we wish all doctors were like them. We feel comfortable and heard and constantly go back to try and find answers with Dr. Macias. He is great.
