We love Dr. O'Neill. He is very good with our daughter who has some special needs.
It was a very pleasant experience
My son is non-verbal and on the spectrum but Dr. O'Neil was so fantastic with him last time we came that we made sure to make the appointment with him again despite it being almost an hour drive from our home he is worth it he so great with special needs kiddos!
The overall experience was great. Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable.
So the facility staff and the doctor are so good. They have taken good care of my kid. They explained everything very well and we like the facility and the doctor. Thank you.
I think my favorite part about this visit was that the doctor was so careful to check him. And so I felt like at the end of it, he had explained things carefully and also he was really just careful with how he did it. I mean, he was, yeah, he took his time in the appointment, which is not like I've had at other providers. And I loved that about the appointment, that it felt like he was genuinely wanting to know what's best for my child for eye care and then also the treatment options and then prognosis. So it was really good.
Yes, the staff and the doctors, I believe, was phenomenal. Excellent care for my granddaughter and an excellent doctor and staff all the way around. And I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate Dr. O'Neill. He doesn't force you into any care that he doesn't feel is necessary and gives you that option. He was very flexible knowing that we were coming from out of state to revisit him because he did the surgery the first time for our child and we were willing to travel all the way back to Arizona for the service. So I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neill and appreciate his care for my son and recommend him to anyone who would like to have anything done with their child's lives. There are no words for how much I appreciate Dr. O'Neil and his staff! In our first appointment, he's shown my daughter more care and concern for her condition than we have ever been given before by any other provider. He never once interrupted me or dismissed my concerns and that alone was huge.
Dr O' Neill and Elvia are fabulous! We have been going to see them for many years. I have given multiple recommendations for this practice and will continue to do so. With each of my girls, he formulate a plan of care that addressed their eye issues and successfully treated both. I am eternally grateful to Dr. O'Neill and Elvia for all they have done for my girls.
We love Dr. James O'Neil and the office staff! He has been my daughter's doctor/ surgeon since she was a baby, she is now 10yrs old and we won't go anywhere else. In fact we travel across town just to see him! We trust him and highly recommend him! Great doctor and team!

I just wanted to let you know that the staff of Dr. O'Neill, his assistant, is just the kindest, most patient person with our children. And even if it's a busy day, she always makes us feel like we're the only ones that they have in the office. And the same with Dr. O'Neill. He is an absolute joy to see. He always answers every question that we have and provides us with all the information we need for future treatment and always there if we ever have any questions. So I just want to thank you for the great service that we continue to have year after year. And he does see four of our children, so we are super happy with him. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Dr. O'Neil is the best, he's been seeing my kids for over 25 years. You do have to wait a little longer because he takes his time but that's what makes him so wonderful. And his assistant is equally wonderful.

My son is autistic and non verbal so we haven't had many 'good' visits with new providers but this doctor was excellent with him and told us exactly what we needed to do. In fact we booked another appointment at the same facility with the same provider for a different reason than the initial visit. We did this despite the fact that there are many locations much much closer to our home but we as parents really liked how kind and patient he was with our son.
I wanted to let you guys know that the staff at Dr. O'Neill's office was extremely professional, very easygoing, easy to talk to, acknowledged every step of the way. And Dr. O'Neill explained things in a way that I could understand what was going on with my child's eyes. I would definitely recommend him for parents of children if they're needing to go to an eye doctor or need an examination. He was very intelligent and could tell just by looking at her what was going on with her eyes. So thank you. I can't wait for her to continue to be a patient of Dr. O'Neill.
The doctor explained everything that he was doing and why and the health background, etc.

We love Dr O'Neal he's amazing. He's been my kid's ophthalmologist for years and I would recommend him to anyone.
Amazing experience and really appreciate the doctor following up with a call that evening with referral to PCH main campus.
The staff is also amazingly helpful and considerate. Dr. O'Neil is an expert pediatric ophthalmologist; also is compassionate and caring.
