Wonderful customer service

I loved that on a lousy day having a sick kid on Halloween, he was at least able to Trick or Treat the nurses stations. It was a little bright ray on an otherwise bad day.

We appreciate Dr. Jenna Callaway and the nurse (sorry, forgot her name) who took our son's vitals during the visit. Our son is non-verbal and was not cooperative and crying a lot. Dr. Callaway and the nurse were very patient with us and helped provide a calming environment for our son. These things are very much appreciated by autism families. Thank you

Everything was great from check-in to meeting with the dr

Dr. Calloway is a true professional. She ensures that she has all information and was very thorough in checking my daughter's lungs and all vitals. She let us know what to watch for and when to come back. She recently treated my other child for pneumonia/flu/rhinovirus that went on for multiple weeks and she was willing to discuss with colleagues to gather 2nd opinions and do research. She always remembered where we stood on test results/medications and was very clear and helpful. She was even willing to discuss pros & cons of online school vs. in person with my teen after we missed multiple weeks of school. I cannot give a better review, she's truly a wonderful & caring pediatrician.

Dr Callaway was thorough and thoughtful

Dr. Callaway was very respectful, kind, and met my children's personality and energy. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Callaway was wonderful. Our previous pediatrician left he practice and we had to get a new one. I was very please with Dr. Callaway and am grateful we have a new trustworthy doc.

We only waited a few minutes before being called for the appointment. The doctor was very thorough and Addressed the patient often rather than just talking to the parent. Referrals to other specialists were prompt. I really like receiving the visit summary with child's vitals and doctor's notes.

Thanks for being so patient with our non verbal son!

Dr. Callaway amd her MA are extremely kind and exude patience. I came in very frazzled because my special needs child wasn't seeing her regular PCP and our regular location. They took great care of her.
