Overall it was a pleasure to meet Dr. Heim! She was very nice to talk with. She took her time explaining things in detail and listened carefully. It felt like she truly cared about my son and his health.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor. She actually spent time with us and listened. The fellow did a thorough assessment and asked us a ton of questions to get a better picture of what was going on with my daughter. We both felt heard and understood!

Dr Heim and her resident were absolutely wonderful, they listened to my concerns and took action in coming up with a game plan to care for my infant that was comfortable for us and met all our needs. We traveled from out of town to come see her and will definitely continue to trust her with our son's best interest! Also would like to thank the scheduling rep for reaching back out to us and helping us get this appointment quickly! All our health care team has been wonderful!
