We have been seeing the endocrinologist department for the last 4 year every 3 months or so, and this visit was by far the most incredible experience. The educator, and team were thorough, and listened to all of our concerns. Offered great suggestions and supported my son in ways we had not previously received. Jesse was well informed, addressed all concerns, was positive, and offered supportive options available, suggested additional resources and we came up with a plan that we all felt good about moving forward. I have never felt more heard, and supported from this department. Whatever has changed, it is for the better. I think the visit went extremely amazing. I loved how the doctor paid attention to everything my daughter said and any concerns that we had and explained everything to her really well. I think he was amazing. I think also the nutritionist was amazing as well. She was explaining everything really good and any concerns that we had.
