Jessica H.R. Whisonant, DO

Jessica Whisonant, DO, is a pediatrician at Phoenix Children's Pediatrics. Dr. Whisonant provides a full spectrum of pediatric services, including well-child exams, sick visits, preventive care, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, Dr. Whisonant earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She trained as a resident physician in pediatrics at the Phoenix Children's Pediatric Residency Program Alliance, where she also served as chief resident.

Dr. Whisonant is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has presented her clinical research findings at meetings of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians and the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Osteopathic Pediatricians, as well as the annual Phoenix Children's Quality Day conference.

Dr. Whisonant likes to spend her free time with family and friends, traveling, walking her dogs and enjoying dinner outside at local restaurants.
