Katie Wong was amazing. She explained everything to me very professional and in a very nicely manner for me to understand, as well as my child. She is extraordinary, very respectful, very helpful. We'll definitely keep her until we can. I'm hoping we get discharged from neurosurgery clinic, but if we must, I would love to keep her as long as we can.
