Shaper was a great provider. I especially appreciated that this was our initial visit. And she very thoroughly listened, seemed to very much care about my son who was a patient. And in no way did we feel rushed or anything like that. Really felt like she cared and wanted the whole story and we greatly appreciate her and everybody, the entire staff that was there that we met.
