She was highly intelligent. Very intuitive obviously cared about every patient very kind. Listen to everything. It was absolutely the best experience I've ever had at PCH. Even the person that did the weight and height thing was super happy and kind. I loved it. Best experience ever ever. and unfortunately, I'm there a lot.

After over a year of disappointing early intervention services and misinformation from DDD coordinators, we finally were able to make an appointment with PM&R for special equipment for my child. Megan Art was calm, knowledgeable, provided exceptional resources and explanations for us, and reassured us that our child's needs would be taken care of. This level of care and attention is always needed but not always promised, except where PCH providers are concerned. It is a relief knowing my child's needs will be attended to appropriately after so many months of sub-par care elsewhere.
