The staff is always so friendly and courteous and I believe this is the second or third time seeing Dr. Batty and he is an excellent doctor. He has an excellent, I guess they'd call it, bedside manner. I mean, even though we're there for an appointment, he just explained everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed. He just answered all questions that my daughter had. He's very patient and very polite and I really love the way he explained everything to us, made sense. And I've been to other doctors that kind of rushed you out of the room and he never did that. So we really appreciate him and we will continue to see him for her care. Thank you, Dr. Batty.
