About Morgan Greene Stottlemyre, MD

Morgan Greene Stottlemyre, MD, is a pediatric critical care specialist at Phoenix Children's. She has experience as a general pediatrician as well as specialized training in caring for critically ill infants, children and adolescents who are admitted to the hospital for treatment in an intensive care unit.

After earning her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Fordham College at Lincoln Center in New York, Dr. Stottlemyre earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. She completed her residency in general pediatrics at Naval Medical Center San Diego and served as a Navy general pediatrician prior to completing a fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, where she was selected and served as chief fellow.

Dr. Stottlemyre is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Critical Care Medicine. She has a clinical research interest in the role of social determinants of health and their impact on which patients are admitted to intensive care units, as well as how pediatricians and caregivers can mitigate the inequities.

Dr. Stottlemyre spends her free time with her husband and two children. Together they enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants and spending time outside.
