Oliver was an amazing PA. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He listened to every question my son had and explained everything to him. He was patient and kind. He was also very honest. My son asked about the numbing nose spray and Oliver said it burns a little and the second one tastes bad. Most doctors and adults would just say, 'oh, it's not bad.' I really appreciate how Oliver was honest with my son. He explained the procedure in a way that my son could easily understand. I would highly recommend Oliver. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and honesty.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, everyone was nice, caring and concerned. Going in not knowing the outcome and leaving feeling confident and comfortable with the outcome is something that is hard to find in a practice. Our visit was explained through the time being there and we loved that.

Oliver is always great. My son has a long ENT history and I appreciate that Oliver always listens to what I have to say. He is great with my son who has special needs. He does a very good job of including him in the appointment as well. My son thankfully loves going to the doctor because providers like Oliver make it so pleasant for him.
