So easy even before arrival. Being able to complete paperwork on my phone days before the visit and clear directions in the portal and app take away so much stress and mean my child misses less school be eliminating pre-visit time at the hospital. When I thought I knew better and ignored the directions from the app, there were clear signs that the neurology clinic had moved to the main building. The person who signed us in at the lobby was kind, patient, and gave us clear directions. The random staff in the elevator held the door and smiled at my son. The staff when we stopped for a snack in the cafeteria were kind and patient. When we were leaving, a security person was walking through the garage, clearly being diligent about their work, but in a way that did not spark fear in my anxious child. All of this in addition to the neurology staff and Dr. Bhatia being FANTASTIC make it much easier as a parent and much less stressful for my child who will have a lifetime of medical appointments that he will hopefully not need to fear based on these positive experiences. PLEASE pass kudos to all these departments. Every one of these humans is making painful and stressful experiences more tolerable through their kindness and professionalism.

Good and awesome service
Dr. Bhatia was fantastic. She included my son in conversations and put him at ease. She really listened to our concerns and helped us understand the typical trajectory of our child's disorder so we can know what to expect. As good of an experience as we could have in a situation like this.

Out neurologist goes above and beyond to try and help connect the dots for all my sons conditions. She takes care of his epilepsy treatment but also tries to see a bigger picture for us. She's the only specialist he has who seems to actually care and we appreciate it
