First time here! Dr was amazing.

Dr. Robert Mancuso is very knowledgeable and highly recommended. He is very thorough in his assessments. I couldn't be more impressed with the care and attention my daughter received. Dr. Mancuso was very patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The doctor's expertise was evident as they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear treatment plan. My daughter felt at ease, which made the experience much less stressful for both of us. I highly recommend Dr. Robert Mancuso to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled pediatric ear specialist!

He's a great doctor

I would rate Dr. Mancuso higher if I could. I'm really glad that he is back at PCH. The entire ENT dept. is great. My child really likes him and he cares about his patients.

My daughter was very anxious when we arrived at her appointment. Dr. Mancuso took the time to help her feel at ease. He then took the time to explain the treatment plan and the reason for it. He asked if the plan was OK with me, and that meant a lot to me as a parent. I would say Dr. Mancuso went above and beyond with my daughter's care.

The doctor was very personable and did a great job of explaining to myself and my 11 year old what will happen. He didn't sugar coat it but let my understand thank the process.
