I wanted to say that this was one of the best experiences I've had with any PCH doctors, which we've loved many of our doctors, but she really was able to listen to me and connect with our family and our challenges and just understand that I have a son that's mostly nonverbal that has special needs and I'm just doing my best to describe what I'm seeing and she really embraced that and reassured me and we came up with a plan and I walked away feeling very heard, understood, and well prepared for what the next six weeks was going to look like. I've already referred her to several people including many of our therapists and I just can't wait to see her again sometime.
