Sarah A. Stueve, MD

Sarah Stueve, MD, is a pediatrician at Phoenix Children's Pediatrics. She works with families to provide well-child visits, sick visits and preventive care from infancy through young adulthood. A key part of her practice is helping children manage chronic (long-lasting) conditions, particularly asthma and eczema.

Dr. Stueve finds it rewarding to get to know each family and build trusting relationships. Using developmentally appropriate techniques, she helps children feel comfortable in the clinic and encourages them to participate in discussions about their health.

After earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Iowa, Dr. Stueve remained in Iowa City and earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine. She then completed her pediatric residency at Phoenix Children's, where she participated in the Global Health Track and cared for children from a wide range of backgrounds and communities.

Outside of work, Dr. Stueve enjoys watercolor painting, hiking with her dogs and cooking new recipes.
