Hello. We just feel that she was very thorough in giving us the information that makes us understand what my daughter was experiencing and she gave us her true attention when it came to us explaining to her what we were experiencing in reference to any other comments that were made about my daughter at the other facilities. So, yes, she took the time to listen to what we had to say and even called my wife and gave her some input while she was on speaker. So I appreciate that and enjoyed it.
