I love the fact that she came and told me what we initially was diagnosed with and what it was about, and then came back and detailed what we were looking at this time and what the future may look like for her, her ordeal. I love that because she took the time to really make sure I understood and seen what she was talking about, and I really do like that, and I appreciate that.

Susan was absolutely lovely- she made me feel comfortable and was incredibly knowledgeable.

I love the fact that when we were done with the appointment and we came home, she went over the notes and called to verify that she was correct on her findings and explained to my husband everything that she explained to me and the doctor. I very appreciated that.

A great experience and felt the provider spent time listening and communicating next steps in our daughter's treatment.

I felt we got excellent care and we were really listened to. Thank you.

Susan Parks is a wonderful person and provider!

Dr. Park was kind, patient, and thorough during our visit with her. She asked clear questions and provided an action plan we had input in deciding. My daughter was calm and felt comfortable around her and the staff and was provided the opportunity to ask questions and provide her perspective even at the age of 7. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking cardiac care for their child.

We were very pleased with the service and courtesy we received. Even when running late, we weren't made to feel rushed or frowned upon. We appreciate the care given to our son and the warm, kind environment.

Best experience ever!

Susan Parks was so kind and attentive. The punctuality of the whole team was amazing. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Susan park is the BEST! She was very professional and was very clear with everything and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend

The staff were all very respectful and knowledgeable. They made our appointment run smoothly and were all very patient with our child.

Dr. Susan Park was amazing! She was so kind and patient. She listened very well, and was extremely attentive. Even after we left she called to say that she noticed something in my daughter's chart that we hadn't discussed, and she spent a long time on the phone with me. She is truly excellent and I would refer anyone to her. Thank you, Dr. Park!

From the time the doctor walked in she was awesome she greeted myself and my child a very pleasant and warm person she was she explained things to me in a way I understood she made me feel very comfortable and my son really liked her he talked with her with ease he wasn't shy he asked her questions and she was just so wonderful I would recommend anyone to her thank you

Susan was very informative, caring and genuine. She was patient and answered all my questions.

Thank you!

Susan was very patient, caring, and compassionate. She helped alleviate my anxiety with her thorough explanations. At the end of our appointment, my son asked for a sticker and she came back with a stuffed animal. He was overjoyed! It was very thoughtful. While I hope to never have to go to take my children to the hospital, at least I know that if/when we do we're in good hands at Phoenix Children's.

Everyone was so kind and patient! It was a really great experience.

The Staff showed care and safety for my childs health. Went beyond care by explaining to my child (simple and eazy instructions for my childs understanding ) of importance of being healthy and safety for her future. My child was able to understand what was being explained to her without her asking me what everything ment. Best hospital staff.
