Dr hug is by far my favorite Dr I have ever seen. He is incredibly kind and thorough when it comes to my child's care. He is always asking me if I have any questions and is always so encouraging. I wouldn't want my child's care in anyone else's hands

Nurse and Dr. Was outstanding

Quick experience & Wonderful!

Great experience.

Dr. Hug is the best and I highly recommend him.

Dr Hug and his staff were friendly and a pleasure to work with. My son has an intellectual disability and they were all kind and patient with him. The new clinic is amazing too!

I was impressed with both Sylvia and Dr Hug and how they interacted with my son. He is 18 now but still has the mindset of a child. They were gentle with him and explained everything along the way.

Provider and staff not only showed me respect but they showed my son the same courtesy

Dr. Hug made sure we understood everything and treated my daughter with kindness and respect. The ladies at the desk are always awesome.

Nurse and provider were very friendly and joked with my daughter making her comfortable. The provider even joke with her sister that tagged along to the appt. Very friendly and personable, informative. I would definitely bring her back if needed. The Dr made me feel comfortable about what was going on which turns out isn't anything we need to worry about.

The doctor and his staff were very kind and professional in caring for my daughter.

Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

Tim was wonderful. He helped with all questions and worked with my son very well. Thank you!!

Dr. Hug was very kind and patient with my son. He explained things thoroughly and was helpful with his recommendations.

Dr. Hug is always so patient and explains everything to my autistic child so they understand what is going to happen.

This office is always prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to educate. Dr Hug was new to us and I really liked how he interacted with my daughter. His colleague who was studying under him was exceptional and great with my daughter. Thank you!

The doctor was very understanding of my concerns, he explained everything in the way that I could understand he made me feel not worried , I was very pleased with his service. Very very different form 4 months ago when I had a visit with a different doctor

My 14 year old son did not want to see the doctor. He did not want glasses. Dr. Hug did a good job talking to my son as a teenager and not as a kid and it made a big difference in my son's attitude about glasses.

Dr. Hug really examined her eyes well and put any concerns the family had at ease.

He treated my special needs daughter with respect and addressed her not me . I value that.

Dr. Hug is the second ophthalmologist that I have seen with my son. And he is by far the best! He took the time to actually diagnose him and even followed up with him. I have heard that my son was 20/20 vision and it turns out he is -10 Dr. Hug is the one that took the time to really look into my concerns. Now my son wears glasses he can see, and his quality of life has greatly improved! He's a micro preemie baby so he has struggles, but now that he can see he's actually meeting his milestones and thriving!

Lovely front desk staff, nurse was wonderful, Dr Hug is so respectful and considerate. He always communicates directly with my child, never talks about her like she's not in the room. Room was very sanitary. A+ gold stars for all.

Dr. Hug sat with us for a long time and talked to us and explained to us so many different things. My husband and I was scared an anxious about our sons future but Dr. Hug calmed our nerves. We are feeling better and more informed on how to help our son. He also offered to reach out to his school so that we all have the same plan in place and we can all help him during his transition into a new school and environment. My husband and I was scared to ask him questions, but he answered them and we felt heard and not rushed. Thank you Dr. Hug. ALL the staff there is amazing and kind.
