About Toni M. Salm, MD
Toni Salm Dillon, MD, is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Phoenix Children's.
Dr. Dillon joined the Phoenix Children's team in 2022 after working at Phoenix Childrens Hospital since 2006 while being employed with Valley Anesthesiology. She enjoys working with kids and is proud to be affiliated with a healthcare system that provides exceptional care for children in the area.
After earning her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Dillon completed an anesthesiology residency at Medical College of Wisconsin. She then completed a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Dillon enjoys meeting the challenges that the field of medicine brings. She provides each patient with the care she would want for her own children because every child deserves the best.
Outside of work, Dr. Dillon loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys Pilates, music and travel.
