Dr Sheppard is approachable and she give help for the development of my son she suggested a lot of services for my son.

Ms. Victoria is so amazing and so is the Office at Mercy. I really appreciate everybody's positive and happy and helpful attitude and I just feel so good to not be judged and thinking that you're going crazy and people understanding. So thank you guys so much.

Very professional and easy to understand

Dr. Shepard was absolutely amazing. She was diligent and informative. She definitely cares about the children and it shows.

I very much appreciated that she took the time to discuss the rise of autism in other countries where certain vaccines are not required, which his primary pediatrician did not and was actually somewhat rude when I said I wanted to look at his vaccination record first before just giving him any and all vaccines for that specific time frame.

Dr Sheppard was attentive and very observant during the assessment. She did everything to put me at ease. She was awesome!
