Andrew Weiss, DO, received his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Toledo. He is currently a first-year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellow at Phoenix Children’s.
Dr. Weiss has a clinical and research interest in Sports Psychiatry, with a particular focus on the neuropsychiatric sequelae of sport-related mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). He has presented on this topic at a regional conference, emphasizing assessment and management strategies in young athletes.
