Rawad Abbas, MD, FCNS, is a neurosurgery resident with a growing academic and clinical focus in both adult and pediatric cerebrovascular and endovascular surgery. He graduated from the American University of Beirut in 2020 and later conducted research at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he helped develop one of the largest neurovascular databases to support cerebrovascular clinical outcomes research. His ongoing interests include vascular intervention effectiveness and long-term patient outcomes. Outside the hospital, he is an avid pianist, soccer player, enjoys staying active through sports, and explores specialty coffee wherever he goes.
