Session Objectives
- Identify legal terms and applicability to practice.
- Develop practice processes that comply with legal and ethical expectations.
- Prepare to respond to requests to involve the private practitioner in the legal process.
Overall Objectives
- Present and/or explain current practice guidelines or best available evidence regarding the diagnosis.
- Explain the unique needs of our patient population at Valleywise, identify system complexities & the available resources in our system & how this impacts the care we provide to patients.
- Demonstrate adherence to updated clinical practice guidelines.
