Dr. Angela Veesenmeyer is originally from Tucson and attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson where she obtained an MD-MPH dual degree. After completing her Pediatric residency at the University of Arizona, she practiced as a pediatric hospitalist for several years in the Midwest. After completing a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at the University of Utah, she helped to start a Pediatric residency program as an Associate Program Director at Valley Children’s Hospital in Central California. She returned to her home state in 2020 to work at Valleywise Health Medical Center where she still practices part-time.
