Specialized Tracks
Our residency program recognizes that training should not be one-size-fits-all. Tracks are optional, longitudinal curricular pathways that allow residents to individualize their education and develop deeper expertise in an area of interest.
Each Track combines structured learning, faculty mentorship, experiential opportunities and project-based work. Residents complete a personalized scholarly, educational, advocacy, quality improvement, or other Track-related project with support from faculty coaches who provide longitudinal mentorship and guidance.
