  • What I love most about pediatric pharmacy: Prior to pediatric pharmacy, I was in adult pharmacy for 5 years. Pediatric pharmacy has shown me how rewarding it is to help pediatric patients. It brings such a different sense of job satisfaction knowing you’re able to make a difference in a child’s life; therefore, motivates me to come to work everyday knowing I could potentially be an influence in one of my patient’s healing progress. Additionally, pediatric pharmacy has made me a better pharmacist as each patient is treated uniquely and the attentiveness to detail is crucial for optimal care. It keeps me on my toes and challenges me every day. I couldn’t ask for a better job.
