We make it easy to keep in touch with family and friends by providing high-speed Internet access in every patient room and free Wi-Fi throughout the entire main campus. Computers with Internet access are also available for patients and families, in The Emily Center.
Telephones
Local calls can be made from patient rooms. Dial 9 to access and outside line. Long-distance calls can only be made with a pre-paid phone card or credit card. If you are using a credit card, dial 0 for operator assistance. To locate the nearest pay phone, please ask a nurse for directions.
A direct-line phone number for each patient room is printed on the bedside phone. Calls to your child's room can also be made by calling the hospital's main number at 602-933-1000 and giving the patient's name.

Wi-Fi Calling
You may find you have a weak cellular signal at Phoenix Children’s Hospital - Arrowhead Campus. To make and receive calls, you will need to enable Wi-Fi calling on your device.
