Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Mesa Pediatrics Professional Association (“Mesa Pediatrics”) are thrilled to announce Mesa Pediatrics and its four locations across the Phoenix East Valley joined Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics. The collaboration brings together providers from two of Arizona’s original pediatric institutions. Mesa Pediatrics was the first pediatric practice established in the East Valley with a board certified pediatrician, and Phoenix Children’s is the first and only standalone children’s hospital in Arizona.

The new space, which replaces Phoenix Children’s existing NICU, is Arizona's only Level IV NICU as designated by the American Academy of Pediatrics, indicating the highest level of care available for the most complex neonatal conditions. In addition to providing high-quality medical care, the new space was designed to enhance patient family comfort.
