The new clinic, which will begin serving families on Wednesday, Nov. 15, is located at 6524 W. Sack Drive in Glendale. The opening of the multi-specialty clinic marks the first phase of the campus’ opening. Construction continues at Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Arrowhead Campus, a freestanding pediatric hospital that will provide inpatient care, a 24/7 emergency department, a surgery center and a full suite of imaging services. A physician with Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital has helped create new recommendations from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), defining how much sleep children need. Matthew Troester, DO, pediatric neurologist, is one of 13 sleep medicine experts from around the world who developed the recommendations.
