Phoenix Children’s, one of the nation’s largest pediatric health systems, has been recognized by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP) for its ethical research and comprehensive protections for research participants. The health system is one of just four Arizona healthcare organizations and one of just 15 children’s hospitals nationwide to currently hold this accreditation.

Heart Surgery at Phoenix Children’s Earns Three Stars for the Sixth Time

For the sixth time in a row, Phoenix Children’s has earned the top rating of three stars by the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS). The newest rating is based on congenital cardiothoracic surgery outcomes data for the period from July 2014 to June 2018.
