Matthew Troester, DO, pediatric neurologist, is one of 13 sleep medicine experts from around the world who developed the recommendations. On the heels of receiving a top 10 ranking for its heart surgery and cardiology programs from U.S. News & World Report, Phoenix Children’s has earned the top rating of three stars by the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) for the fifth time in a row. The newest rating is based on congenital cardiothoracic surgery outcomes data for the period from January 2014 through December 2017.
