Our Cardiometabolic Risk Assessment, Research and Education (CARE) Program is part of the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes. We provide health education and promote the prevention of premature heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Children receive comprehensive disease management resources including medical and lifestyle assessments, nutritional counseling, diabetes education and more.
