General Conditions

Esophageal Conditions
Esophageal atresia occurs when your child’s esophagus has not finished developing.

Tracheoesophageal fistula is an abnormal connection between the esophagus and trachea.
Intestinal Conditions
A complete blockage or obstruction in the intestines
Occurs when the gallbladder doesn’t contract properly, causing pain, nausea and vomiting
A complication of cystic fibrosis that occurs when the bowel becomes partially or completely blocked
Causes the intestines to develop outside the body through an opening in the belly wall
A portion of the intestine is missing or blocked, preventing the passage of food and digestive fluids

A narrowing of part of the intestine, making it difficult for food to pass through

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a cancerous tumor that develops in the soft tissues, most commonly the muscles attached to the skeleton.

A rare condition where a tumor made up of blood vessels traps platelets, causing low platelet counts, bleeding problems and potentially life-threatening complications
A rare congenital condition that causes a combination of enlarged veins, birthmarks and overgrowth of bones or soft tissues
