We work directly with at-risk children and youth to connect them with the medical care, support and resources they deserve. Through our mobile units and fixed-site clinics, our clinical team delivers compassionate care wherever it’s needed most.
Services We Provide
Our team provides a full spectrum of preventive and primary care designed to meet the needs of children and youth in our community.
Our services include:
- Full examinations and well-child care: Routine checkups to support overall health and development
- Immunizations: Vaccines to protect against preventable diseases
- On-site medications: Immediate access to commonly needed prescriptions
- Treatment for sexually transmitted illnesses: Confidential testing, treatment and education
- Minor surgical procedures: Care for small injuries or conditions that require simple procedures
- Health education: Guidance on healthy living, nutrition, safety and more
- Referrals to sub-specialists when needed: Connections to pediatric experts for more advanced care when needed
Treatment and Counseling Services
We treat and educate patients on various health concerns. Some of the topics we address include:
- Abstinence: Deciding not to have sex, often to prevent unwanted pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections
- Hepatitis: Inflammation of the liver; hepatitis B and C can be spread through sexual contact
- HIV: A viral infection that attacks the immune system; often spread through unprotected sex
- Pregnancy: Support and information for preventing pregnancy, understanding options and staying healthy during pregnancy if it occurs
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs): Also called sexually transmitted diseases (STDs); STIs are infections passed from person to person through sexual contact
- Anxiety, depression and other mood disorders: Mental health problems that can cause intense and long-lasting side effects, including sadness, loneliness, low self-esteem and even thoughts of suicide.
- Eating disorders: Dangerously unhealthy eating habits, including bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa and binge eating.
- Suicide risk: Feeling so overwhelmed or hopeless that a person thinks about ending their life; we offer counseling and support to help manage these feelings.

- Safety issues: Avoiding situations that can put your health, body or life at risk; common problems include violence, unsafe living conditions, trafficking or being pressured into harmful behavior
- Smoking: Using cigarettes, vapes or other tobacco and nicotine products
- Substance use and substance use disorder: Using legal and illegal substances, including alcohol, marijuana, opiates and prescription drugs, in a harmful way
- Nutrition: Learning how food and drinks affect health; we teach youth how to make balanced choices that support their overall wellness
- Self-care: Understanding how habits, including sleep, personal hygiene and stress management, support mental, physical and emotional health
- Relationships: Learning to build healthy relationships with friends, family and dating partners
Eligibility/Criteria for Admission
- Children, adolescents and young adults aged 24 and under who state they are unhoused or at risk for being homeless are eligible.
- Patients are eligible for services, regardless of insurance status and/or ability to pay.
- No appointments necessary – walk-ins are welcome.
