The hospital is home to our 24/7 emergency department, inpatient care and services for more serious or complex conditions, along with advanced imaging, surgical care and support services for children who need to stay overnight.

Yes! Child Life Services  are on site seven days a week.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. 
     

Yes, the cafeteria is open seven days a week.

Hours:

  • Monday through Sunday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Yes. Room service is offered at Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Arrowhead Campus to patient rooms seven days a week.

Yes, the gift shop is located on the first floor of Phoenix Children’s Hospital – Arrowhead Campus. Our gift shop has many gifts and practical items.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Yes, the prayer room is located on the first floor near the admitting desk. It is available to patients and families 24/7. Chaplains are available for consultation and families can have their own faith leaders visit them in the hospital.

The options below are available for patients during their stay. Please contact your care team with questions or to request items.

Options include:

  • Playrooms – Children can choose to enjoy arts and crafts, movies, toys and more in child-friendly spaces. 
  • Video gaming systems – Games are available for checkout and also come around on a mobile cart. At your request, we’ll bring the cart into your child’s room. 
  • Board games, books, crafts and more – Children may check out board games, craft activities, books and more to use in playrooms or patient rooms.

Yes, the coffee shop is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
