Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s uses the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). For information about applying for the child neurology matching program, please visit National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).

The NRMP program number is 2952185C0 and is a categorical program, including two years of preliminary pediatrics training, for five years of residency training. You only need to apply to the Phoenix Children's Child Neurology Program as we work directly with our general pediatrics program to coordinate interviews. 

We also have a reserved position for one PGY 3 slots. Our NRMP program number for the reserved position is 2952185R0.

We have not established a minimum score on the USMLE step 1 and step 2, but you will need to have scored above 200 to be competitive with other applicants. We do review all applications in their entirety, so please include your CV, personal statement, medical school transcripts, USMLE/COMLEX test results, research/ publications, Letters of Recommendation and other applicable application materials in your downloadable NRMP profile.
