Child Neurology Residency

Dear potential trainees,

We are excited to welcome you to learn more about the training opportunities available at Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children's (Barrow at PCH). Barrow at PCH is ranked among the top children’s hospitals in the country by U.S. News & World Report. We have a wonderful and talented group of clinicians, educators, and researchers who are invested in both the child neurology training program and our residents as individuals.

Barrow at PCH affords residents an exceptional educational experience. We provide care to a wide range of patients with unique pathologies, including primary neurologic as well as neurologic complications of systemic disease. We have specialized disciplines within the field of pediatric neurology with experts in field of neuromuscular, cerebral palsy, movement, pain management, epilepsy headache and migraines, neurovascular, neurodevelopment, neurocutaneous, and more. Our epilepsy and neurophysiology program includes our world-renowned center in the treatment of Hypothalamic Hamartomas.

Given that Barrow at PCH has a large assortment of neurologic pathology, we also offer several post-residency fellowships including Headache Medicine, Neurocritical care, Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, and Clinical Neurophysiology.

Research opportunities abound for residents with interest and aptitude. We invite you to meet with us to determine if Barrow at PCH Child Neurology Residency Program is right for you!
