Ana thoroughly reviewed my child's medical history. She also asked my child, myself, and my child's father questions to get a clearer sense as to the issue/concern. Ana made sure my daughter would comfortably answer all questions honestly and Ana said she would not judge. Provider was genuinely concerned and also confident with the right medication and dose my daughter would improve. The appointment was not rushed.
